Posto favoloso barroccino mobile da provare .. oltre al mitico Lampredotto e la porchetta ha anche la pecora in umido !!! Vino buono .. insomma tutto posto in zona prezzi bassissimi .. tipo 2 panini acqua un bicchiere di vino e corretto 13 euro ..

Ho conosciuto Carmine e sua moglie, grazie al mio compagno che, spesso tornando da lavoro si ferma a mangiare "qualcosa"... Metto le virgolette, perché, pur essendo un camioncino alimentare, con tutte le dovute attrezzature, potrebbe diventare una piccola trattoria dai sapori unici. Ogni giorno che sia estate o inverno ti propongono piatti sì conosciuti, come il lampredotto, trippa, nervetti e tutto quello che fa parte della tipica cucina fiorentina ma, con qualche piccola variazione che tutte le volte sorprende la mente e soprattutto il palato. La loro cortesia e disponibilità nello spiegare o consigliare le pietanze è davvero migliore di tanti ristoranti che, propongono la solita zuppa senza entusiasmo. Grazie di accoglierci sempre col sorriso e per farci gustare le vostre idee messe in pratica sui piatti di ogni giorno, anche con un semplice panino!!

Carmine sono l’ex tnt che si mangiava due piadine per volta! Porchetta romana sfumata col vino bianco, fontina sciolta con la carne, ketchup e maionese e bomba pugliese! Non vedo l’ora di tornare a Firenze devo venire subito da te, per poi prendere un bel caffè alla tosteria di fronte è salutare tutte le ditte di via Amendola e via la pira, tranne 1 che mi chiamava sempre il Ritiro alle 16.00
